I am skilled in the molecular analysis of genes, such as DNA and RNA isolation, electrophoresis, and PCR. Additionally, I am proficient in gene expression analysis using Real-Time PCR and in conducting mutation research with techniques like RFLP and RAPD. My capabilities extend to protein analysis, including protein isolation, SDS-PAGE, and Western blotting. I have experience in cytogenetic analysis, studying chromosome aberrations (genotoxicity and CA), micronucleus formation, and sister chromatid exchange, as well as chromosome karyotyping.
