Professor Reyed M. Reyed, Editor-in-Chief (EIC) and Associate Professor of Microbial Biotechnology, is an internationally recognized expert with a strong academic and research profile. Holding a Ph.D. in Probiotics Microbiology (2005), M.Sc. in Microbial Enzymes (1999), and B.Sc. in Biology “Botany” (1992), Professor Reyed brings unparalleled expertise in nutritional gut microbiome research, food safety, microbial genomics, and water treatment technologies.
As a renowned Academic Editor and International Reviewer, Professor Reyed has significantly contributed to advancing global knowledge in computational enzymes, food microbiology, and microbial biotechnology. With a robust record of participation in conferences and workshops, he continues to lead innovative, interdisciplinary research addressing critical challenges in human health, food safety, and environmental sustainability.
