Rosalba Siracusa is a PhD in Applied Biology and Experimental Medicine at the University of Messina. She has a Specialization in Clinical Pathology and Clinical Biochemistry. She graduated in Biology from the University of Messina in 2013. He has been working at the University of Messina since 2014 and is currently a Senior Researcher in Clinical Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Dr. Siracusa has collaborated with numerous national and international experts. He completed his Visiting Scientist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center / Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, USA. She has published more than 140 articles in renowned journals on the biochemical evaluation of food science and functional nutrition and on the discovery of new biomarkers for the diagnosis of inflammatory diseases.
